Led the redesign of the fragmented CRM platform, focusing on the Prioritization Dashboard to improve workflows, boost adoption, and increase conversion rates for Senior Living Advisors.

Redesign the dashboard to:

  • Build trust in lead prioritization.
  • Add real-time engagement signals.
  • Improve filtering to match Advisors’ follow-up practices.

  • Boost adherence to prioritization: 75% by June 2025.

  • Priority Level to quickly assess urgency
  • Lead Source to track origin and context
  • Referral Age to help Advisors gauge follow-up timing
  • Last Contacted Date for visibility on recent interactions
  • Lead Activity Notifications showing real-time indicators (e.g., email opens, clicks)

The My Performance Tab is designed to engage and motivate Senior Living Advisors by providing a clear view of their progress and performance. It combines goal tracking with gamification elements to make performance both measurable and rewarding.

Key features include:

  • Personal Goal Tracking: Advisors can track their progress toward individual goals, helping them stay focused and motivated.
  • Team Performance Comparison: Compare personal performance with the team average, fostering healthy competition and collaboration.
  • Badges & Achievements: Advisors earn badges for reaching milestones, encouraging consistent effort, and recognizing achievements.
  • Leaderboard: Top-performing Advisors are featured on the Leaderboard, providing visibility and motivation to rise to the top.
  • Guidance & Recommendations: Personalized tips and insights are provided to help Advisors reach their targets and continually improve.
  • Engagement Metrics: Real-time tracking of lead interactions and conversion rates to fine-tune strategies and increase engagement.

By incorporating gamification, the My Performance Tab turns performance tracking into an interactive, motivating experience, driving Advisors to meet and exceed their goals while celebrating their success.
